SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping destinations
We ship within Germany and throughout Europe, including Switzerland.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing may take up to 2 additional days during Islamic holidays.
Delivery times
- Within Germany: 2–4 business days
- Outside Germany (Europe and Switzerland): 3–7 business days
The stated delivery times begin after processing has been completed.
Shipping costs
- Within Germany: €4.90
- Outside Germany: shipping costs vary according to the destination country and are shown at checkout
Free shipping
- On orders of €49 or more within Germany
- On orders of €79 or more outside Germany
Carrier
We ship exclusively with DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your parcel at any time.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Alternatively, delivery to a DHL Packstation is available. A signature is generally not required.
Failed delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, DHL will leave your parcel at a nearby parcel shop. You will be notified through the app or by a delivery card and can collect the parcel there.
Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (for example, Switzerland) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
